Free Rental Valuations

Our valuations are free and take account of all local benefits. For example, location, transport links and schools.

Guarantee Your Rent - For Free

When you give us a new instruction, we will give you a free 6 month rental warranty as a 'thank you'. This means that should your tenant discontinue paying rent for any reason, your rent will be paid under the rental warranty.  The warranty will also pay your legal costs should you need to evict your tenant. In addition, it will also pay you half the value of your rent for up to three months after vacant possession has been obtained and a new tenant takes occupation. When your free six months warranty has expired, we will automatically renew it unless you write to us and ask us not to.
