We will provide you with details of the energy performance of any property you wish to view. This means that you will be familiar with such items as whether or not the property has an efficient boiler, thereby allowing you to make a judgment about the cost of heating your home and, indeed, whether or not you wish to proceed with your application.
If your home has the benefit of gas then you can be assured that an annual gas safety check will be carried out and a certificate given to you. The majority of our properties also have regular electrical safety checks. Statistically this makes your rented home much safer than an owner occupied home as most owner occupiers do not have these checks carried out.
If you rent a fully managed property from us you have the assurance that we are only a phone call away. And in the unfortunate event of an out-of-hours emergency, we have contractors on hand 24/7.
Deposit Protection
We hold your deposit as 'stakeholder'. This means that any deductions which may need to be made at the end of your tenancy can only be made with your agreement. We will register your deposit with a deposit protection scheme and provide you with a certificate of registration within 10 days of your taking a tenancy with us.
